Yes. It simply worked in Net Explorer. I was previously running it in Edge. Besides information technology does not work in Chrome or Firefox, only works in IE.

Thank y'all for your update. Since it works on Internet Explorer, I'd like to confirm if y'all accept tried the suggestions brought almost in the previous reply. If so, please permit me know what you have tried before it'south worked in Internet Explorer, cause you mentioned the effect existed in IE in the original post.
Too, there'south a workaround shared by other users, you can make a try to cheque if it's workable. When you lot etch the new bulletin, endeavor to relieve the message as draft, then go to Drafts folder to attach the file. Or you tin can endeavour to edit the message in a divide window to cheque if it works.

My bad, I was checking in Edge. Then I explicitly launched IExplore.exe and attachment is working in IE.
Regarding other questions,
I am not using function 365 business concern account. My office has their own substitution server setup inside the premises and I use OWA to admission email mostly.
I cleared the cache and tried merely however not works in Edge, FireFox and Chrome.
My system has a fresh windows installation so there are no addons installed with browser.
I tried saving as draft and then reopening and still attachment does not work.
In my case at that place is merely one attachment selection at superlative.
I did non not disable silverlight, since my issue got resolved in IE and then I stopped there.
